The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Donald Macdonald can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Wish we could be with you at this sad time for the family. Jean, I'm sorry for your loss and I know you will miss him terribly. Lynne & Lorie, I know how much you will miss your Dad but he will live on in your hearts forever. Connor & Mallory, it's unfortunate that Grace will not know their great grandfather. Remember the good times and there were many. I remember Grand Bend, I remember family vacations, Christmas dinners, our grandparent’s farm, Kentucky Fried chicken when we got together and our Dad's fighting over the bill. I think Don usually won. I will always remember the good times. He was a mentor to his family, to my family, to me and to all his students over the years. What a great legacy and a special man. I will miss him. Be well, remember the good times and when you feel a tear come to your eye, smile and laugh, that's what he would want. Lynne & Lorie, I just can't believe that I'm not there with you... You are all in my thoughts, heart and I’m sending special prayers your way! With love to All, Brenda xoxo
