Passed away peacefully at the John Noble Home on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at the age of 75. Loving wife of Cyril for 54 years. Much loved mom of Sandra (Chris) Eisenbach, Todd (Cindy) and Kimberly Irving. Proud nana of Cory and James Eisenbach, Melissa, TJ, Cameron and Erika Irving, Shelby Holmes, Shane, Isaac and Blaire Nicholson. Cherished great-nana of Gavin, Grayson, Zoey, Toby and Charlotte. Effie will also be missed by many extended family members and friends in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia. Special thank you to the staff at the John Noble Home, Costain Court for their wonderful care during this difficult time.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at the Dunsdon Legion, Branch 461 (Upstairs), 9 Toll Gate Road, Brantford on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. Donations in memory of Effie can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Brant.
