Passed away peacefully at the John Noble Home on July 29, 2016 in her 98th year. Beloved mom of Vinton, Barbara Brown, Lloyd, Emilita Thomas (Peter), and Michael (Pauline). Loving grandma of many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Survived by her brother Clifton and her sister Mertella. Predeceased by her son Derick, daughter Edris, eight sisters and six brothers. Lohama will be deeply missed by many extended family members and friends. The family will receive friends at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 7-9 p.m. A funeral service to be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Interment to follow at Oakhill Cemetery. If desired, donations in memory of Lohama can be made to the John Noble Home.
