It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected, but peaceful passing of Heather, at home on Friday, May 13, 2016, with her husband by her side. She was in her 51st year. Beloved wife of Tyson Braun. Devoted mother of Shannon (Jeff), Jessica (Kyle) and Caroline. Proud gran of Skarlett and Kaeda. Precious daughter of Edward and Bobbie Stenton. Adored sister of Philip (Cathy) and Ann Atkinson. Special aunt to MacKenzie, Drew, Natalie and Claire. Daughter-in-law of Lois and the late Josef Braun and sister-in-law of Joyce Braun. Niece to Roy and Ruby McLaughlin and Albert and Cathie Stenton, of Scotland. Sadly missed by her furry companion Coleman and many dear friends. Heather was a supervisor with the Brant County Fire Department Dispatch. A sincere thank you to all the Emergency Responders, for their professionalism and integrity. A celebration of Heather’s Life will take place at the CHARING CROSS RECEPTION SUITES, 63 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 2-5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brant SPCA or the Juravinski Cancer Centre, would be greatly appreciated.
