PORTELLI, Jennifer Darleen – it is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Jennifer, in her 48th year. Jennifer fought hard until the very end, to stay with her beautiful daughter Mikayla. Mikayla is her miracle child and she will love her forever. Left to mourn are her parents Carmen and Darleen Portelli, brothers Mark (Kim), Matthew (Charmaine) and her sister Lyn. Jennifer is also survived by her nephews Reed, Zachary, Lucas and Jacob, niece Isabella and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jennifer worked for Hamilton health Sciences at several sites. She loved her animals especially Gracie, Bo, LuLu and Luna. Rest in peace Jennifer. No more pain and suffering. You are now in God’s hands. Family and friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service held at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, 9 Waverly Street, Brantford on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 10 a.m. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation, appreciated. www.dennistoll.ca
