Obituary for Lillian Louise "Lily" Holyoak

After a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family at the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday, August 23, 2015 in her 65th year. Loving mother of Mark Gerlofsma (Julie), Jessica Gerlofsma (Keith) and Jenifer Gerlofsma - LaFleur (Jean). Cherished grandmother of Joshua, Tatrianna, Kyle, Brady and Olivia. Dearly missed by her siblings Rose (Kirk), Crystal (Chris), Nancy (Fred), Richard, Michael (Tracy) Julie (Doug) and their families. Special thanks to the staff of the Palliative Care Unit at the B.G.H. Friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford. on Wednesday from 2 - 4 & 7 – 9 pm. Service in the chapel on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 1 pm. Cremation to follow. A Celebration of Lily’s Life will also be held on Friday, September 25, 2015 from 4pm – 9 pm. at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 12 Catharine Avenue, Brantford. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice appreciated.
