Obituary for Marion Eleanor Hewitson (Tournay)
Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday, July 12th, 2015 in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Hewitson (1999). Loving mother of Carol (Herman) Bell and Kathryn (Joe) Huff. Proud grandmother of Brent (Laurie), Michael (Heather), Ben (Carolyn), Adam (Kaori), Andrew and Paul. Cherished great-grandmother of Lucas, Daniel and Ayu. Predeceased by her brother Ed Tournay. Marion was a past employee of The Right House and was also a long time member of St. James Anglican Church.
The family will receive friends at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Wednesday, July 15th, 2015 from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations in memory of Marion can be made to the Brant Food for Thought Terrace Hill Breakfast Program, the Brant Community Healthcare System Foundation or to a charity of your choice.
