Surrounded by her great family, on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at the Brantford General Hospital in her 89th year. Wife of the late Alfred James Gambacourt (1985). A shining example to her children Doreen (Rens) Dekker, Marlene (Rick) Paine, Fred (Cristi) Gambacourt, Michael (Lorraine) Gambacourt, and Charlene (Jim) Watts. Leaving loving memories for her grandchildren Renée (Jay) and Rachel (Pete), Sara (Matt) and Cory (Amanda), Dylan, Emmett and Wyatt, Madi and Cody, and Ali, and her great-grandchildren Hayden, Hunter and Hannah, Jordan and Jamie, Sophie and Olivia, and Zachary. Family and friends will be received at the home of Doreen and Rens for an Open House to celebrate Mary’s life and share cherished memories on Saturday, May 16th from 2 – 7 p.m. Cremation has taken place as per Mary’s wishes. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. A special thanks to the Critical Care nurses (Kim, Charlotte, Bridgett) for their support and compassion throughout Mary's journey.
