Eleanor was a very special Aunt to me especially after her sister/my mother passed away. Despite the fact I have lived in Vancouver for 35 years, Aunt Eleanor always made such an effort to keep in touch with me and keep informed of what was happening with my family. The “Grants” in Vancouver have vey fond memories of Aunt Eleanor and she will be missed. I am happy that myself and my husband, Ian were able to visit with her in August. I am sorry I could not be there today. Joan

I was very sorry to hear of Eleanor's passing. My condolences to all of her family. Eleanor was my 1st cousin once removed. We met several times over the years and compared family stories and history and I was always better off after these discussions. She will be missed.

Pauline, Micheline and I are so sorry to hear the sad news. I know exactly how you must be feeling right now having lost my Dad and Mother. Please send our sympathy to all of your family. For sure we can celebrate the life she lived and not the sorrow of her death.
