Obituary for Frank Hoo

HOÓ, Frank (October 24, 1935 –July 6, 2018) – passed away peacefully at Park Lane Terrace in Paris with his loving wife Elaine (his sweetie), by his side on July 6, 2018, in his 83rd year. Loving father to John (Jane Widdecombe), David (friend Melissa) and Emily (Paul) Slawek. Remembered always and loved by his 6 grandchildren; Denver, Benjamin, Erica, Caroline, Charlie and Cassie. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Predeceased by his parents Bernat and Mary Hoó, brother Bernard (Barbara), sisters Irma Rimovsky (Andy) and Olga Tanguay (Ben), twin brother Louis, nephew Mark Tanguay and niece Jeannette Tanguay. Special thanks to the staff of Park Lane Terrace for the care given to Frank during his stay there and to the Palliative Care Team, for their care and compassion. Family and friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
