Passed away quietly at home on Thursday, April 12, 2018 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Jerry (1976). Loving mother of Joan (the late Fred) Dudszus, Jean Hillman, Dianne O’Connell, Gerry (Patti) O’Connell and Rick O’Connell. Proud Gramma of 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Much loved sister of Noreen Simkins of Kelowna, B.C. Edith was predeceased by three sisters and four brothers. She will be fondly remembered by many relatives across Canada and in the U.S.A. Edith loved her family, gardening and golf just to name a few. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 7-9 p.m. and will continue on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 12 noon in the funeral home chapel. Donations in memory of Edith can be made to the charity of your choice.
