Passed away peacefully on September 25, 2017 at the Brantford General Hospital at the age of 46. Loving father of Vanessa and Ryan. Cherished husband of Lisa (nee Ferro). Beloved son of Roy and Cécile. Pierre will be deeply missed by his brother François (Jackie) and his sister Michelle (Julie). Special uncle of Simon, Emma, Leo, Thomas, Giulia, Sofia, Adrien and William. Fondly remembered by his in-laws Tony and Gisèle Ferro, and sister-in-laws Laura (Joel) and Linda (Shawn). Pierre will also be missed by many extended family and friends. Devoted teacher for many years at École Renaissance in Burlington. The family will receive friends at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Thursday, September 28, 2017 from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at 3 p.m. in the chapel. Cremation has taken place. A service to be held in Hanmer, Ontario at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada, an illness that Pierre courageously battled for a year.
