Obituary for Randall Scott "Randy" Young

Randall Scott "Randy" Young
February 16, 1955 to April 7, 2015. Randy was the beloved husband and best friend of Sandra (Satch) Young (nee Tolhurst). He will be sadly missed by his four legged son Sammy. Predeceased by his parents Reg and Ruby, brother Slim and mother-in-law Marg Tolhurst. He will also be sadly missed by brothers Jerry (Sue), Terry (Susan) and sister Wendy as well as sisters-in-law Barb, Judy and Michelle, nieces Tessa, Kelsey. Michelle, Vicki, Kim and Jennifer, his nephews Tom, Jason and Kyle and great-nieces and nephews. Although Randy was slowed by illness in recent years he was known in many circles in Brantford through his association with the Red Sox, his work and his huge heart. Family and friends were always front and centre with Randy. Friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Service in the chapel on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 11am. Cremation to follow. If wished, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
